GRAPE VARIETIES & TERROIR: 51% Viognier and 49% Chardonnay on limestone from the Hauterivian.

THE VINES: Estate vines located in the Liverna in Aubais (Gard). Organically and biodynamically farmed. Yield 25hl/ha. Vines planted in the 90s. Harvested by hand.

WINEMAKING: 14 days maceration. Aged 16 months in clay amphora and stainless steel tank. Total SO2 10mg/l.

TASTING: Spicy notes of turmeric and pepper, light tannic structure, and a quite crispy finish.

WHEN TO DRINK: To drink by its own to discover orange wine or to pair with an oily fish (herring, trout…)
