VIN MOUSSEUX DE QUALITÉ WHITE
GRAPE VARIETIES & TERROIR: A blend of Grenache, Rolle, Bourboulenc and Carignan on yellow marls. Base wine 2023 with added must of 2024 for bottle fermentation.
CUVÉE LE QUAI À RAISINS: Wine made from grapes sourced from Domaine d’Eriane.
THE VINES: Parcels located in Saint-Mamert-du-Gard. Organically and biodynamically farmed by Clodéric Prade, Domaine d’Eriane. Harvested by hand.
WINEMAKING: Traditional method with natural bottle fermentation. Direct press, fermentation in stainless steel tanks, and ageing for 12 months in neutral oak barrels. The bottle fermentation is initiated with fermenting must from the following vintage. Fafar is kept another 12 months on lees before disgorging. Disgorged by hand at the estate to ensure precision and authenticity. Total SO2 20mg/l.
TASTING: A wine with elegant fine bubbles and a bright appearance, revealing notes of white flowers, and a hint of brioche. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, followed by a beautiful roundness. The finish is mineral and perfectly balanced, making it ideal for any festive occasion.
WHEN TO DRINK: A wine to share with loved ones, perfect for convivial moments. Pairs wonderfully with appetizers, seafood, Mediterranean dishes, or light desserts.
