GRAPE VARIETIES & TERROIR: 75% Cinsault & 25% Grenache on limestone from the Hauterivian and Valenginian.

THE VINES: Estate vines located in Aubais and Aujargues. Organically and biodynamically farmed (Demeter). Average yied 40 hl/ha. Harvested by hand.

WINEMAKING: A blend of three vintages (2020, 2022, and 2024) drawn from part of our cellar reserves. The grapes are destemmed and macerated for 12 to 15 days depending on the vintage. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.

TASTING: A generous nose of cherry, blueberry, and small red berries. On the palate, the wine offers lovely volume, supported by fine, silky tannins.

WHEN TO DRINK: Perfect with tomato-based dishes or aged sheep’s milk cheeses.
