GRAPE VARIETIES & TERROIR: 65% Grenache, 22% Cabernet Sauvignon, 9% Aramon and 4% Viognier on Hauterivian limestone.

THE VINES: Estate vines located in Aubais and Aujargues. Organically and biodynamically farmed (Demeter). Average yield 40 hl/ha. Harvested by hand.

WINEMAKING: A blend of short maceration, 10-day carbonic maceration, and direct pressing. Fermented with indigenous yeasts. Aged for 8 months in concrete eggs and stainless steel tanks. Total SO2 25 mg/L.

TASTING: It features a bouquet of red fruit candy and a very light structure.

WHEN TO DRINK: Perfectly accompanies white meats, fish, and fruity desserts during sunny meals.
