GRAPE VARIETY & TERROIR: 100 % Chardonnay on limestone.

CUVÉE LE QUAI À RAISINS: Wine made with grapes sourced from Dupré Goujon.

THE VINES: Parcel located in Blacé (Beaujolais). Organically and biodynamically farmed (conversion towards Demeter) by Sébastien Dupré and Guillaume Goujon, Domaine Dupré-Goujon. Harvested by hand.

WINEMAKING: Direct press. After the must has settled, the wines are fermented with indigenous yeasts in French oak barrels and stay on lees for 15 months. Total SO2 28mg/L.

TASTING: The first notes of pear quickly go towards dried apricot. Crisp mouthfeel with hints of lemon zest and ginger.

WHEN TO DRINK: Gastronomical white wine who will pair well with currys.
